If, in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1, part a of the GDPR you have expressed your consent to register for our newsletter, we may use your e-mail address to regularly send you updates on our product portfolio, exhibition information or the occasional festive greeting e.g. Christmas card . Alysium is an international company with cross-border business processes, management structures and technical systems. Therefore, we may use your personal information for the purposes outlined above and in accordance with this privacy policy within our company and transmit it to Alysium locations in other countries. Our privacy policy and our privacy practices are designed to provide a consistent level of protection for your personal information worldwide. This means that even in countries where less stringent privacy policies may apply to your personal information, Alysium will handle your personal information in the manner described herein. For data subjects outside of the European Union we will respect the corresponding data protection guidelines / laws of their respective country.

  • to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, in the cases where the accuracy of the data we hold is being disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Alysium-Tech GmbH override those of yourself.
  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, standard and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another 3rd Party;
