11.05.2016 - Report - AIA Vision Show 2016

Boston. Home of the Red Sox and host of one of the most important Machine Vision Exhibitions on the East Coast of the United States: The Vision Show.
This year marked the 3rd  time we have exhibited at this show and, to say it once more, it was a great time to again meet our partners and friends!
We had impressive 3 days in Boston and enjoyed talking to familiar and also unfamiliar customers; helping them to find the right connection solution for their applications.
This year’s highlight was surely our world premier of our newest baby in our A+ Family:  the A+ CameraLink HS Active Optical assembly.
With this newest family member of our unique A+ Product group, we offered again a solution exceeding the limits of current solutions and open up new markets for existing products and interfaces.
Additionally, thanks to a live camera demo, we were able to prove again to the market, that industrial (“24/7”) passive, reliable USB3.1 Gen1 Assemblies with cable lengths of 8M (and more) are possible and no longer subject to speculation. Let’s hear it! USB3 has cable lengths of 8M or more, before active solutions need to be considered.
Our A+ USB3 Assemblies with their unique design and technical advantages were a highlight for many of our contacts in this rapidly expanding market.  We are already able to sell this assembly worldwide in standard cable lengths of 1M, 2M, 3M, 5M and 8M from stock.
Introduced at the end of last year, our A+ RJ45 assemblies rendered some people speechless – and this in a positive way ;). Our patented design to implement more than 40 different assembly variants into one design proves again, that we – Alysium – are clearly focused on simplifying your business with regards to connectivity as well as retaining a focus on keeping your business and systems as cost and technically effective as possible.
We are looking forward to and living in another fantastic year and already look forward to seeing many of you again in Stuttgart, at the Vision in November.
